Athletics Training 2018

On Monday the 5th of November the whole senior school is going to do athletics.We are doing training of every sport that is going to be included.There is high jump , long jump , shot put , running , and discus but I am going to just talk about running and high jump.

First I am just going to talk about high jump and tips that could help you.If you run up slowly and then gradually get faster, jump and scissor kick your legs.You should land on you feet and not jump backwards because you might fall off and hit your head .

Second running.When you run you should swing your arms beside you to create more momentum.You should also lean forward but not to forward or else you might fall and land on your face.When you start you should be on one knee and lean forward so then you can get a running head start.
